MSCs expressing full-length human TRAIL (flT) or its soluble form (sT) have previously been shown to be effective for cancer killing. However, a comparison between the two forms has never been performed, leaving it unclear which approach is most effective. This study addresses the issue for the possible clinical application of TRAIL-expressing MSCs in the future. date: 2015-07 official_url: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.jcyt.2015.03.603 vfaculties: VGHCSCI oa_status: green full_text_type: pub primo: open primo_central: open_green article_type_text: Journal Article verified: verified_manual elements_source: PubMed elements_id: 1026646 doi: 10.1016/j.jcyt.2015.03.603 pii: S1465-3249(15)00687-8 language_elements: ENG lyricists_name: Gowers, Kate lyricists_name: Janes, Samuel lyricists_name: Kolluri, Krishna lyricists_name: Sage, Elizabeth lyricists_id: KGOWE82 lyricists_id: SMJAN15 lyricists_id: KKKOL90 lyricists_id: ESAGE37 full_text_status: public publication: Cytotherapy volume: 17 number: 7 pagerange: 885-896 event_location: England issn: 1477-2566 citation: Yuan, Z; Kolluri, KK; Sage, EK; Gowers, KH; Janes, SM; (2015) Mesenchymal stromal cell delivery of full-length tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand is superior to soluble type for cancer therapy.
