Abstract
Reviews reforms made to the UK prospectus regime by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Regulation 2017/1129. Examines whether they assist the supply side of the public securities market by encouraging companies to become publicly traded entities through measures including creating a special prospectus for small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the demand for initial public offerings by measures to foster retail investment.
