Abstract
While there are many constraints to business in the South West region, there is a strong recognition by State Governments of the potential of the corridor and the interconnected value chains and there are considerable efforts in developing relevant infrastructure to enable connectivity, reduce transport times and attract industry. The analysis of the region has identified several key issues, to which well targeted spatial development initiatives can provide solutions.
