Abstract
Anna Cook is a developmental psychologist specialising in neurodiversity and in particular, the improvement of access to education for neurodivergent young people. A Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Teachers and Teaching Research at UCL Institute of Education, her current projects evaluate the effectiveness of school interventions designed to improve access to education for neurodivergent young people. Anna was awarded an IOE Early Career Researcher Impact Fellowship in 2022. Funding was used to engage with experts, practitioners and beneficiaries to optimise impact throughout the project. Supporting ECTs to meet the needs of all pupils cannot be achieved with ‘quick-fix’ solutions. This fellowship enabled her to engage with stakeholders to facilitate meaningful dialogue and long-term commitment to the research project. This infographic describes the stakeholder groups with quotes reflecting the solid support received for this research project.
