Abstract
The aim of this research was to identify measures aimed at monitoring and/or preventing potentially inappropriate behavior by private equity providers in the Netherlands. The report identified various measures and tested these measures for effectiveness, feasibility and side effects. The outcome is not a blueprint for a package of measures for the childcare market in the Netherlands. The outcome is an overview of possible measures, the extent to which these measures that could prevent "undesirable market behavior", and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of the measures.
