Abstract

http://ojs.lib.ucl.ac.uk/index.php/Slovo/article/view/875 Regional-local executive branch conflict in El'tsin's Russia is studied through a case study of the Sverdlovsk Oblast, between regional governor Eduard Rossel’ and his counterpart at the local level, Ekaterinburg Mayor Arkadii Chernetskii. The article applies the strategy of boundary control, as previously applied by Edward Gibson.
